Great place! Nice selection! Very attentive staff! Steve was very good help! Steve made us feel very comfortable and went over the details to every piece of furniture we were interested in until we were able to finally make a decision. I had two young children with me during my visit and he offered us drinks and candy to make us feel comfortable during the paperwork process. This was the best furniture shopping I have ever experienced!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Walked in with little to no hope that I would find what I was looking for in my price range! I left absolutely more than satisfied! The staff were all so very helpful and kind! We had a great experience at Ashley. Luann was such a help. She talked with us and pointed out things about the quality of the furniture we were looking at. We also met Gage in the sleep center. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about mattresses and the different features of each brand. He and Luann together helped us purchase the best mattress and base to fit our specific needs. Great team. We have more to purchase and will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

The quality experience was great. The customer service was fantastic. We got a great deal on an Entertainment Console and they offered a 5 year warranty to reassure us our purchase will be protected in our coming move. Very appreciative of the help we received and loved the welcoming atmosphere they provided.

So bought some furniture 5 years ago. They told us that if we never used the warranty we could get the amount paid for it as a store credit. Fast forward 5 years. The customer service girl gave us a receipt and told us that we paid $99.99 and had $99.99 to use. No other conditions were given. By the time we get to the register after shopping around for AN HOUR, they now say oh BTW now you have to spend $500 to get your money’s worth.nnYou know a few weeks ago I went to Weekends only and Bob’s furniture. Maybe it is time to give them a chance. Been a customer of Ashley since they came to town. Sorry Ashley. For us wanting to take some markdown stuff off your hands and get our money’s worth, you might have just lost a good customer.
