The customer service was awesome! Fast, efficient, to the point, and friendly. Only issue I had is I wanted to finance and the system was not working properly so we called to be placed on hold. I went ahead and purchased it outright with no problem. This is the second purchase I have made with Mattress Firm and I will return for my next mattress purchase.

The sales staff was amazing. She Was very patient with me. I feel like I got the right mattress and foundation and she helped me find that. I am scheduled for delivery in a week and hope everything goes as smoothly as the purchase experience

My mother recently had a major stroke where now she can only use her left handnHospice provided us with a hospital bed but only after three weeks it sunk in the middle. We tried multiple ideas to no avail.nI was looking for a mattress that would work with the hospital bed. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and thoughtful as you hate to buy something not knowing how long the use of it would be. The salesman also went out of his was suggesting a 5 sided protection cover. Although there was not a mattress in the store he called your warehouse and found that I could get it by tomorrow. Knowing mom will be so comfortable by tomorrow night was a great relief! Could not had done it without his outgoing personality and understandingnnI do want to comment that the other young salesperson was Not wearing his mask over his nose. Being in the medical profession I found this to be not only disturbing but dangerous. Perhaps you could have him sit in an icu where COVID patients die without ever seeing their loved ones. I would educate on the importance of wearing his mask properly.nnWhy I think I will like the mattress I purchased : my mother is not able to communicate verbally trying to recognize her comfort is only possible from non verbal actions. My one concern has been when we turn her to her side is the shoulder resting on the mattress hurting. She is 93 yo and most probably has degenerative disease especially in her shoulder joints. When I expressed this concern your employee geared me toward a memory foam mattress that will mold to the body. I will feel good knowing her shoulder will be comfortable against this mattress. I would like to suggest that future we employees spend time working under him during orientation.nThank you for your product. and hiring of the salesman who helped my family today

Ethan was very educated of their product and was very helpful. He tried to sell us a 3 thousand dollar mattress to begin with after us telling him our budget was around a thousand but that’s his job. I had a 20 plus year old pillow top medium firm queen mattress. After a bad injury, and diagnosed early this year with sleep apnea, I began to realize how bad my mattress was. Reluctant to look for a replacement and bed mattress features have changed a lot in 21 years, I went to mattress firm because it had high ratings.nOriginally planned on spending 500 to 700 for a basic mattress. My salesman helped me narrow down the firmness I needed, and while I was looking at a standard pillow top mattress, he took the initiative to check the warehouse for any other possible matches that had arrived there.nThis was great timing as they were promoting a Labor Day sale. It turned out my salesman found the warehouse had a mattress that was the firmness and size needed, but unlike the standard pillow top I was about to buy, this one had a memory foam pillow top, and the heating and cooling layer feature for just a little more in price. I agreed to go with it. It was delivered promptly next morning. Just simply sitting on it the difference was night and day in comparison to my old one. Now I know why the store has high ratings, and they certainly earned mine. Was worth it.
