I wish I could give a 0 rating.nFirst off Jacob was very rude and acted like he didn’t want to help us. Wanted to have a “know it all tone” and when we asked about certain plans he got an attitude about it. Secondly my wife and I traded in my phone to make my payments on my new phone lower, he said it would go from $33 to $10. Which is why we were there in the first place cause we wanted that deal. he never did that. He told us our bill would be a little bit over $100 after the first months bill because of activation fee but I got my bill and not only did he put the wrong unlimited plan I wanted, he put a protection plan after I said I didn’t want it and my bill is now TRIPLE the amount cause HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING WITH MY OLD PHONE. Didn’t use it for credits, didn’t use it for the deal we came in for.nI will NOT be going back and most likely canceling my service.

My girlfriend and I came in to upgrade our phones recently. Jacob helped us and was very informative on the process. We came in right before close and he was more then willing to help us and answer any questions we had. After our visit we both had upgrades and were paying less per month then we previously were.

Switched to AT&T and bought new phones. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. To anyone seeking a new provider, I recommend giving this place a visit.

Great store and customer service! Manager Alexus and Jacob both helped me resolve my issue {sorry I was so frustrated} and they were so knowledgeable on the products that I will definitely come back to them when it's time for my upgrade! Good hire AT&T! Will be telling friends and family to come see you. You guys rock!

The heavy-set, middle-aged worker sitting at the desk refused to offer service or feedback for us while looking for a new phone. Repeatedly ignored us even though we were the only shoppers in the store. Went to the corporate AT&T store afterward and was helped accordingly with good service. This particular store offered horrendous service with this particular worker.
