Adam is A1 .. I'm a sprint customer, but I had a few questions. He is very customer service oriented and respectful. Great guy with alot of knowledge about the phones.

First let me say Zahim was great but I’m giving this 1 star because the manager Devin was an absolute arrogant guy. Very rude disrespectful. Definitely turned me away from switching to T-Mobile just because of his attitude.

Why are you the only TMobile who didnt change your hour of service on google. Every other store has updated their hours of service tha is for wasting my time and money.
