Sold me multiple broken items.
I get better deals on PlayStation store. This company has really fallen from grace. I bought a wireless headset ( 130.00 ) and it didn't work right. When I returned it the next day the employee was trying to tell me he could only give me in store credit! Took the manager coming out and listening to me and reading the returns portion of the receipt that said refunds within 14 days! Then I got my money back. They lost my business from that point on. I find more selection at Walmart with easier return policies. Don't even get me started on their rip off trade in values. Buy a game from me for 2 dollars and turn around and resale it for 20 dollars. I understand needing to make money but robbing your customers isn't the way to go!
