Joshua did a fantastic job explaining things, answering questions, giving good options for a better plan for our family and for providing good customer service in general.

My experience with sprint was short and unfavorable of their network. But tha manager of the manager here was great. He is a very honorable man.

If I could give a minus star on the one in Camby, I certainly would. Don't expect any help from them, they are rude and lazy. Plus they are a 3rd party store. I would suggest going to the one in Greenwood before you pass the mall. Sprint though is very expensive and our landline never worked right after we went with Sprint. We ditched the landline finally and we switched to Verizon.

While the guy that helped my wife and I was a nice kid and we had 5 phones to set up...The process took almost 2 hours due to system issues. First bill showed up and was almost $90 more than expected/communicated during the sales process.nnAnd before you say, well, you pay the first month pro-rated + the first full month on the first bill (I know this from working in wireless some years ago)...our service started on the last day of the billing cycle so it was one day and the first full month.nnNot much of what we communicated we wanted and were told we were getting was set up correctly with our account. Things he told us were included for free were NOT free at all.nnWas told our first two lines were $100 and lines 3-5 were FREE...Uhhh, no, they were not. My bill should not have been $265 even with 2 phones on lease and insurance on them! The other 3 phones were throw ins that didn't cost anything for the equipment (so yeah, they were free). If he would have told me putting them on the mid tier plan was going to be $10 each, instead of FREE, I would have stuck them on the basic plan for $5.nnWas supposed to have set up auto billing which saved $5 a line (even took our debit card # for that)...It never made it on the account either and so we didn't get the $5 per line discount as told we would. Pretty much a mess!nnIn closing, to the store reps...Just make sure you understand what you're selling. I don't feel like the guy really understood what he was selling and communicating to his customers which left a sour taste in our mouth. I'll deal with another Sprint store next time or I'll simply call in. Luckily when I did call support, I got a hold of a CSR who truly knew the plans, costs, discounts and everything and sorted it all out for us and got some credit put on the first bill and it's all good.
