Matt M. was great! He really helped me pick the best phone for me. No sales pressure. No rushing. He just listened, asked good questions and then presented a few options with pros & cons.

Matt was very helpful and informative when I purchased my new iPhone 11. He was juggling 3 customers at the same time and appeared to do it all with ease. He was pleasant and professional and informative with all the customers. He was able to back up my phone and transfer my data to my new phone and check me out in about 45 minutes. I know that would not have happened had I gone to a different store. I went back the next day to turn in my old phone and he reviewed my Verizon plan (as I forgot to ask him to do that while I was there the first day) and he was able to put me on a better plan and save me money each month!! I will be purchasing a iPad in about a month or so and I will be returning to this store as Matt was so very helpful and patient and informative about the products in the store. Highly recommended!!!!

In todays world where most people are afraid to be near anyone and attitudes are high, I want to let everyone know that this store has an outstanding employee, Matt Meyerholtz!!!nHe takes the time to help, talk about the task at hand or just being friendly and courteous.nThis is the ONLY store I go to, and so I want everyone to give Matt KUDOS!!!!nHe makes time for each individual who walks in and has so much patience!!!

My husband and I wanted to payoff our phones and pay the bill. We went to the Franklin store where we bought the phones and were told they could not help with the financial side of verizon. So we came here to the store in Grenwood and Amber and Don where able to get us taken care of. We paid off our phones paid our bill setup autopay and feel good about were we are at now. My husband and I will continue coming to this location for any help we need in the future.

Matt was extremely helpful when I traded in my phone for a new one! He has great customer service, and was very informative, and answered all of my questions! Great store! I will not go to any other store!
