This place has multiple vegan options, and I love supporting Black owned businesses.
I hope that my experience can inspire this company to change a few of their policies or become a little more professional...nnI called in to order a big chipotle and a pressed juice for pick up, and was asked to be put on hold. Normally, this is 100% okay but it was a 5 minute hold and I could hear the cashier or lady on the phone talking with a co-worker.... when she finally picked back up the phone, I placed my order and the lady on the phone was constantly distracted and at one point yelled, going back and forth with some other person in the store, and not attentive to the fact that a paying customer was on the phone wanting to order.nnThis was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, and while I don’t doubt the food is good, this level of service makes me want to not even try the restaurant for the first time.
This is the most amazing place!! I know when I order from here I’m getting the most nutritious and best tasting gluten free food!! The family style meals are so convenient and my whole family loves them!! Definitely our favorite!!
