i hate this place. the manager was so quiet and weird, and told us our pretzels would be a 10 minute wait. 30 MINUTES LATER, our pretzels came out. the cheese sauce was cold, and they would not give us our money back, or let us upgrade for free. NEVER go here, wetzels is better anyways. Jonathon, if you see this, hopefully you’ve learned
I love them so much.
Pretzel tasted stale and was hard. Waited in line for a bit and was the only one in line until one of the girls turned around and seen me. Ordered a pretzel and a large drink. She handed me my pretzel and a small drink and I said I’m sorry I ordered a large and she said oh the pretzel comes with a small and I said yes but I ordered a large and she argued with me and then threw my receipt in the trash and I said just forget it. Definitely sticking with Wetzels from now on. Don’t waste your time.
Josh at the Greenwood Park Mall was the best! He was professional and kind. Thanks Josh!!
I bought a pretzel that was as hard as could be- it was obviously old & crunchy
