This happened today at 1:00 pm.nnMy daughter was given cake batter instead of cookie dough. Didn’t get the workers name, (no name tag) he argued with me and said they taste exactly the same. Left the ice cream on the counter and was willing to pay for a different flavor. But after waiting to be served while he was messing with something behind the counter that was more important, so we left instead.
I called to ask if I could place a phone order. I also asked if there was a curb side pick up. The person was rude, not just because of the language barrier, he was Asian. He was rude because, he was short with me on the phone like I was bothering him to spend my money in this store/restaurant and he hung up on me while I was still talking. There are other locations don't go to this one. Rude !
Ordered via Grubhub. When I went outside to grab the bag... wide open during Covid. No fold, no staple, no sticker - nothing in place to secure the bag.nWhen I contacted Cold Stone to express my concerns, the manager was dismissive as if she did not care at all. I normally order from them at least once a week. Never again. I will drive to 82nd street location moving forward.
I order 3 ice cream sandwiches last night 2 we’re supposed to be cookie dough for me and my husband and they didn’t give us what we wanted and the other one was for my 2 year old daughter and it was just vanilla ice cream and they gave me one with mold ud83dude21
My experience at this cold stone was nothing short of a dream. I was greeted and served by the fabulous Amy, and she guided me to pick out the which toppings would go best with my ice cream (sweet cream flavor- HIGHLY RECOMMEND). The wait was so short and i saw her wash her hands before and after creating my sweet treat - so important in this time of Corona! The ice cream was one of the most decadent things I’ve ever tasted and I’m certainly planning on coming in more frequently! Cold stone, you’re my best friend!
