The service was good the icing on the cupcakes were great however the cupcake itself tasted identical to box cake. Which is fine if you are paying box cake prices. I paid 19 dollars for 4 cupcakes so I was expecting the cupcakes to taste more homemade rather than box cake. I do not know if they are made with box cake but I wouldn't go back, unless there were deals or the prices were lowered.
Normally, 5 stars. Yet this time the cakes tasted a day or two old, definently not fresh. Their social distancing measures are extreme yet very creative.
Their cupcakes are amazing, and I love that there's always a raw vegan option!
I purchased $82 in cupcakes for a gender reveal party that we were unable to have. The staff at Greenwood location assured me it was no big deal to cancel because they had not made my order. I told them the party would be the following month and I would just call back to fill the order at that time. They said they’d put my name and order on their board and call back when ready. So now,ntrying to use my credit - I’m told by the owner since I cancelled less than 7 days prior I don’t get a refund or credit - even though the store had assured me it was NOT a problem. So - no cupcakes, and $82 gone.
I got a chocolate vegan cupcake here and it was amazing. The lady that helped my husband was real nice and down to earth. The inside of the store is beautiful and so is the outside and they have tons of unique flavors. Definitely on the top of my list.
