Best experience I've had at a Panera Bread. Their Breakfast Wrap is fantastic, and the oatmeal is really good. It would be advisable to be specific as to what goes into the oatmeal. Mine had pecans, which was okay, for the most part.nThere was a miscommunication with our order at the register, however the Manager quickly rectified it. Pleasant experience.

If you order rapid pick up, I wouldn't expect your food to be on time. I've ordered pick up from here over 20 times and it's rarely on time. Luckily for them, corporate issues consistent coupons that keep me coming back.

Nice selection of soups, sandwiches and salads. The bread is crusty and wonderful. Employees were helpful and kind. Panera has Pepsi products which for our family is awesome.

Panera consistently on every single visit I've had there, has failed to get my order right and is always out of stock of something, either before, or at many times after purchasing said item. Staff are CLEARLY overwhelmed, curbside service is non existent as ive ordered curbside several occasions and sat outside for 15 minutes until going inside to realize that my order was sitting at the pickup location. I witness many other customers have the same issues just as often as I had, it is clear to me corporate does not reflect integrity or values within their stores, and I am really used to enjoy Panera, however I cannot go to Panera willingly to receive the poor service I consistently receive and see others receiving. Very unfortunate. The stores need more focus and clearly more attention and training.

Doesn’t matter what day it is the grain bowl is always wrong/missing something! Chicken is slimy. Just gross. After my 6th try over a span of time I give up and am done coming to this Panera. The line cook/food prep is too lazy to read the menu on ingredients. Bowl is also always half full- for 10 bucks? The quality and quality and quantity you get from this Panera is no longer worth the amount of money you pay. Rice is sometimes not cooked all the way either. I could go on and on here but save your money and try a different Panera or a higher quality cafe. THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL
