Waited so long and pulled me up to make me wait 30 mins, tried to call and no one answered
Drive through only, but service was efficient and quick. Donuts were good
Three stars is probably generous. Not sure why, but they always take forever....been in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and haven't even ordered ud83dude12 ud83eudd14
I always do enjoy coming to this Dunkin the staff are always polite and the food is always fresh. Sometimes I have to wait 10mins or so but that is due to thier lobby not be open because of the pandemic. The older Lady that hands the food out the window always blesses my day and tells me to be safe. Just a very positive atmosphere to start your day at. Would have rated 5 stars if it wasn't for the wait times.
i normally love coming here but the drive thru does take a long time. well they forgot to give me a straw and i tried to go to the door and let them know so i wouldn’t have to wait another 30mins in line and they just looked at me and ignored me. then i tried calling to see if i could just walk up to the drive thru and grab one and they ignored my call twice. i wouldn’t have cared if my drink didn’t have whip cream so i had to have a straw to drink it. awful customer service.
