Daniel helped me and it was absolutely outstanding service. I went to Verizon store right before 5 (closing), went to Best Buy (ran me off bcuz they were closing, and then came here to Verizon in Franklin. I read reviews about Daniel and he lived up to every one of them. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled at multi tasking, and had outstanding customer service skills. I will definitely return for this type of service. He was the only one in the store and he handled customers very efficiently. He took care of my needs and I purchased two phones based solely on the relationship service he provided. I work in customer service managing a large retail location. Daniel is the real deal. 5 stars. Give that man a raise. Thank you!

Absolutely royal treatment in taking care of setting up my new phone. The District Manager Tracy was outstanding in transferring my information from the old to the new phone. Very friendly and professional manner. Very courteous in explaining what he was doing. Recommend this Verizon store for their service in taking care of their customers. Was quite satisfied when I left the store.
