I've been a customer since 2012. I've bought a rug (straight out of pocket), a chaise lounger, a dining room table, washer and dryer (straight out of pocket) and my husband rented to own a couch and chair (which I paid for btw) but they magically have lost my information and then expected me to put my disabled spouse on the lease and bring him in there or drive another 12 mile round trip to have him fill out an app on a couch that would have been paid off January 1st. So congrats on losing my business permanently and losing over 500 bucks.nnBtw anyone looking to rent here, save the trouble and go to big lots.
