My husband was getting his hair cut and while we were waiting in the car, my kids wanted donuts. Problem is, we just rolled out of bed and I didn't put shoes on my youngest! We weren't able to go in, but i called and placed my order over the phone with Zoey (I hope that's her name). She picked my donuts out for me, took my card number, then brought my box out to my car!!!!!! So sweet and so very helpful. Thank you for making my daughter's morning. The were so good! Rude manager gave me a weird staredown (had my mask and everything) then ignored me when I asked a harmless question. just walked out and he pretended to have been in the process of responding AFTER I had started to leave. he literally stared me down from the second I walked in, ignored when I asked how he was, ignored when I asked if they were closed (trying to understand why he was giving me a strange stare and no response), after waiting a few second the glare continued and I just walked out. there were other people eating inside and everything. I did nothing to deserve this rude behavior from the staff. not coming back.

The donuts are so delicious! Always fresh and the perfect texture. There's a flavor for everyone. And definitely don't skip the drinks! The energy drinks with added boba are so good, especially on warm mornings. So glad to have a place like Jack's in town!
