I checked in at 7:40am and unloaded the test at 10:30am. A total of 26 pallets were unloaded. It is now 12:30pm and 8 pallets have not been unloaded. This is a warehouse that has to wait a long time
My company received a shipment today that was unusually difficult to unload because the pallet was damaged (the freight was fine) and we do not have the equipment to properly handle such long pallets. Anyway, your driver was very helpful, had a great attitude and provided a pleasant experience. I hope that he is complimented by his company in some way. His name is Chris Austin and I suppose that he runs out of Greenwood. That is what the delivery receipt has on it.
Do not do any type of business with Craig. Most unprofessional person and is quite fascinating that he has the position he has. You as a company should check into this person.
I hope your semis have cameras in them. Truck # 4119529 currently eastbound on I-70 07/17/20 @ 0515 OH/IN stateline area is an aggressive bully of a driver, attempting to try to punk drivers in to moving out of the way by driving and staying on the center lane markers - taking up both lanes so no one can get around - and tailgating within inches of the trailer in the left lane in front of him. Captured on dashcam.
