At work I deal with multiple shipment and freight companies. This is the only group I trust to handle my personal shipments. I've had everything from kayaks to grills sent through Estes and couldn't be more pleased in the ease of things. From pick up at warehouse, product handling, safety and to my door delivery. Best in the biz.

Worst freight company I’ve ever interacted with. Wholesalers please avoid using this company. I ordered a toilet through Faucet Direct. Their selected shipper, Estes lost my toilet and then realized they had delivered to the wrong address. There resolution was to get it back it back from the location where it was misdirected. Expecting me to accept a toilet that had been used by someone else. Completely disgusting. Estes is disgusting. Don’t use.

Our company has been using Estes for 6 or 7 years now. We ship Country-wide. Lately Estes has lost freight, delayed freight and generally given us the run around when we try to find our freight. Not happy.

Called me in for an interview, then refused to have said interview at 7:30am. Wasted my time and money on going, just to be told to leave.
