I had the pleasure of working with Melissa while renting a storage unit. She was very professional and was able to answer any questions I had. Her customer service skills are amazing! My job uses this extra space as our home base for our moving trucks and storage for materials and gear. Melissa makes this extra space the awesome place it is. She is so great. She is always cheerful and smiling. Melissa takes care of any issues we have and is always asking if there is anything she can do for us. I love this place and the manager who runs it. The young lady Melissa is amazing everytime I come she is always cleaning something and always has a smile on her face. I was here a couple of days ago and she was covered it dirt blowing and picking up leaves. She is the nicest sweetest girl works so hard and never complains. She is always willing to help this company is very lucky to have her I will not go anywhere else as long as she is here

Melissa was incredibly helpful. We have had a unit here for the last two years and needed to change units recently to a different size. She answered all of our questions and made the switch very simple. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit. Convenient, secure storage and incredibly nice and helpful employees. There’s even a separate moving service that utilizes this storage center and they are also great (have used them a couple times too).
