This is the best storage facility in Santa Fe! Extra Space Storage has high standards in their security, including electric gates with coded access. The units are competitively priced and well taken care of. The entire facility is spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The staff is helpful and attentive, and available to accept deliveries on our behalf. The onsite manager, Katheryn, is the consummate professional. She is efficient, accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Katheryn is wonderful and has gone above and beyond for us many times.

You are to be commended for the excellent service you provided. You exhibited great communication and management skills through this process. The facility was new, clean, and well secured with a gate and camera security. Your outstanding customer service was appreciated!

Figuring out how to rent storage space was confusing. We lucked out walking into ExtraSpace Storage on Pacheco. Katheryn explained how everything worked and what it cost. She was very helpful. She even found a less expensive unit across town. We went to check it out. However, because of Katheryn’s service and the quality of the Pacheco facility, we decided on using her slightly more expensive storage unit. We appreciated how Katheryn worked with us with honesty and professionalism and we figured in the long run how we’d prefer her as the manager of our storage unit.
Ask for Katheryn , she’s the greatest! She’ll help you in every way possible, especially if you are new to storage facilities. Great place. Very well maintained and clean.
