This is the best storage facility in Santa Fe! Extra Space Storage has high standards in their security, including electric gates with coded access. The units are competitively priced and well taken care of. The entire facility is spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The staff is helpful and attentive, and available to accept deliveries on our behalf. The onsite manager, Katheryn, is the consummate professional. She is efficient, accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Katheryn is wonderful and has gone above and beyond for us many times.

We've had our stuff in storage here for years. The entire grounds are spotlessly clean...always. The people are always very friendly, kind and helpful. Katheryn Rael is simply OUTSTANDING. Figuring out how to rent storage space was confusing. We lucked out walking into ExtraSpace Storage on Pacheco. Katheryn explained how everything worked and what it cost. She was very helpful. She even found a less expensive unit across town. We went to check it out. However, because of Katheryn’s service and the quality of the Pacheco facility, we decided on using her slightly more expensive storage unit. We appreciated how Katheryn worked with us with honesty and professionalism and we figured in the long run how we’d prefer her as the manager of our storage unit.
