Lost art for prominent east coast artist. Delivered in 2 shipments, not one, and not in contracted time frame. Did not inform me or the artist of month-later arrival date. Upon discovering missing work, blamed me for doing my own packing, yet they never said this would null and void the $50 grand in insurance I paid for. Absolutely stunned at the lack of professionalism from start to finish. Extremely disappointing.
