This is the nicest storage facility I've ever seen. This brand spanking new complex offers an intermediary garage space with electric garage door to stay out of the elements when unloading your vehicle. There are plenty of large, good quality roller carts to move your items. There are no obstacles in the storage areas and the floors are smooth concrete throughout, making heavy carts easy to maneuver. The sliding garage style door on my unit is new, and glides with fingertip-ease. The cylinder lock requirement, while adding a nominal $20 additional expense for me, is a nice security measure, as disc locks are easier to break into. The lighting throughout is good, and music plays to reduce the creepy factor of long corridors and lots of 'around-the-corners.' Bill, the manager, is incredibly helpful, super kind and friendly, and makes himself available for questions. I absolutely recommend this location in Santa Fe.

I just finished moving into this very new and shiny storage facility at 2977 Rodeo. I moved from across state-lines, and the store manager; Bill, couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient with my questions, helped guide me through finding the right size unit, and demonstrated strong expertise and pride in his role at this facility. The in-person signup process was quick and painless. Not only am I now a fan of extraspace, I am a BIG fan of this specific facility. If you're looking for a new storage unit, get in touch with Bill. Best format for a storage facility Ive seen. Easy loading/unloading in a garage bay area. They provide carts which is a big plus to moving in/out. Elevators for different levels. They have high security and the customer service is spot on. There is nothing more to ask for.

Love this storage facility!! Very clean and nice. It doesn’t even look like a storage place. Bill helped us and was wonderful! He is very professional and helpful with what size, etc. unit we would need. We are very happy we chose this facility.
