Excellent experience overall! As the former manager of a 160-unit storage facility in Oklahoma, I was keenly aware of the exceptional maintenance, wide paved aisles, secure facility design, controlled access and high-resolution video surveillance system. In addition, the friendliness and professionalism of the resident manager confirmed that this would be a positive rental experience. The excellent rate for the initial 6-month period is by far the best price in the Santa Fe, New Mexico market. My ONLY complaint is the steep grade of the entry driveway. I'd advise all visitors and tenants at this facility to ease into this driveway SLOWLY. Otherwise, it is a real truck-shaker!

I Called to see what selections they had at a Location I found near me and they did not have what I Wanted. They were so helpful and helped me look at another location that was also near me and I found what I needed. At a great price. It was also available as soon as I finished filling everything out. I Really needed to find a place that was going to be available soon and The Manager Domonique Helped and called once she received everything so she could get it available for us as soon as possible.Thank you for all your help!!

Manager was great, showed me the perfect rental. The place is very clean and feels very secure. HD cameras everywhere. At a great price online. Just can't be beat.

Did everything online. By the time I thought to call about anything, I had already received a text with all my information. They are pleasantly one step ahead!

This people will go up with the monthly rental price as they please. 4 months in they went up %50 on my monthly rental. Don't be fool by the initial monthly price $ ,they will go up in price when ever they feel like it. Horrible. Very sad.
