I had to get a new phone and went to the Central Ave branch near UNM, and Joseph was so helpful and patient with all my questions. Thank you, Joseph. I have always had excellent experiences with Tmobile.

My favorite T-Mobile store. Whenever I need help this is my favorite place to go. Staff is always knowledgeable and super helpful. The only thing I wish is that they had more demo models to look at.

Good customer service at this location there wasn't any judging very good people

DO NOT go to this store. My girlfriend was promised a deal by the staff there but they keep charging her extra bills for the past year while saying they were “looking into the problem”. They finally got the detail of the bill and said none of the extra charge can be refunded. The old staff who gave the promise was already gone, and the new staff told my girlfriend that she should “APPRECIATE” whatever deal she’s got. Well take this T-Mobile: maybe you should appreciate the customers you got instead.
