Please look somewhere else. Had my work vehicles stored her and they got broken into. Someone busted out windows and stole catalytic converter s from both of my trucks. Talked to other people and have had the same issue. Probably happened one of the days there gate was broken and nobody was watching the gate at night. Customer service is a complete joke. Guy in the office told me he was going to lunch them he was going to take a nap before he could look at the video. Go somewhere else if you can. I know this can happen anywhere but at least maybe somewhere else they will show some compassion and try figuring out who keeps breaking in there storage unit. Looks like we will be taking our trucks and storage units somewhere else
This place is great and affordable.. Nate Is super cool and I fully recommend you check here first before you waste money anywhere else...
No one in office at 4:45. Customer service hotline was great though
Really friendly service! Did most of the business over the phone and was super simple. When we arrived just had to prove we had paid the insurance and had no issues at all. Nathan I believe was the name of the gentleman that helped us and he was great.
