These are great storage units to have. The staff is wonderful there is always someone on the phone right away when you need something and when you have questions or whatever the case may be the customer service is wonderful and they handle every issue and impeccable timing they are reasonably priced but I am most impressed at when you call them they are right there to help and I've never had an issue that they couldn't resolve instantly they seem to really care about their customers and their customers units I love the camera surveillance that they have around there I just really feel safe that my stuff is in their units
They pretend I can't have my name on the storage to get to my own things because some one else rented the unit for me while I'm out of state because insurance is in there name but the first storage he took my belongings to had no problem putting everything in my name, guess they are all in on the secret society to steal my nice things
I was able to do everything online and it only took a few minutes to have it all set up. The place is well lit and secure. The unit itself was in perfect shape and the door was very easy to operate.
It was a very different experience. In a good way. Everything was done over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and friendly. And the the storage space itself was a very nice clean place. I was impressed!!
I'm happy with them, the buildings, and the price. Be sure to negotiate the price.
