I honestly had no issues with them until it was time to cancel my service. I went in two days before my next auto payment was due to cancel my storage unit. The guy that was working on 10/10 said everything will be okay as long as we emptied the unit by 10/12. The unit was emptied out on 10/10 but I was still charged on 10/12. Called the office and no one answered so I had to be transferred by an outside agent. The lady working on 10/12 said she would have her manager take care of it and would call me back that same day to let me know what the resolution was. Here I am towards the end of my work day (10/13) and I have not received a phone call or a refund. Had to call again to see what was going on and again no answer!!! I hope that the lovely agent (not at the store) will be able to get through them and figure out was is going. I recommend that you don't sign up for autopay or find another storage unit facility because this has been a pain to deal with. Definitely do not recommend!!

I have stored my motorhome on a gravel spot at this facility since January of 2019 starting at a rate of $65. I have had few issues until recently.nnThe manager, Taylor, has been responsive and professional. Within only six months, however, I received notice that my storage rate was going up by 12%. I asked for the rationale and was to be called by the regional manager to explain but never heard from him. A year later I received notice that my rate was to go up an additional 15% to $84 (others in the area are currently $60/$65) and that “everyone receives rate increases once a year”. After an exchange of emails, they agreed to reduce it to 7.5% for me. Each increase never resulted in any improvements to the facility only to be told that the increases were needed “to maintain our high standards and provide you with the customer service you deserve”. In fact, it took 4 months to get lights repaired that I informed them were out. Additionally, other maintenance is non-existent as pavement deteriorates and weeds grow untreated.nnLast week I had the catalytic converter stolen off my motorhome as did two others. I spoke to the regional manager who said they have never had any issues there, however the patrolman who completed my incident report said that he had responded to several over the past two years. I then walked the fence line and noticed breaks in the perimeter fence and an overgrown tree providing access to the facility. I reported this to the manager and discussed it with the regional manager. He told me that the fence was being repaired that day. A week later, no fence repairs have been made. Additionally, more cameras requested by the facility manager have gone unfulfilled.nnI have terminated my rental agreement due to the lack of security and exorbitant rate increases without justification or improvements. I would not recommend this or any Indianapolis-area SecurCare storage facilities.

So far, I am satisfied with the unit. Only down side is that you are forced to buy their locks...cam locks. However, they do seem much more secure than a standard type padlock.
