Melissa is awesome! I had a unit for about 2 years and she got me all set up quickly with the unit and is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. I would use them again if needed and you won’t regret working with Melissa on setting you up with a unit.

We only had to use this facility for a few months as we sold our house and bought a new one. The manager here was always extremely helpful and really took care of us. The units and grounds are extremely clean and accessible. We would absolutely use this facility again and will recommend to anyone looking for storage on the west side. Thanks so much!!

Overall, I liked this place. I wasn't a fan of the pricing but it was safer than just packing my stuff in a friend's garage and much cheaper than the storage our apartment complex was offering. They wanted twice what this place did for half the storage so I was fine with it in the end.nnI'm disabled and I was a bit frustrated that we were given a second floor unit but you take what's available. There was also absolutely no climate control so I'm hoping that when I check my CDs and DVDs that they aren't totally ruined. But my apartment was too tiny to keep them with me so it wasn't like I had any other options really.nnWe also had issues with our passkey a couple of times but I chalk that up more to user error than to a facility problem. The front desk lady was always nice and accommodating and understanding. I was glad for the air conditioning and bathroom more than once as we visited storage a few times over the year or so we had it. The online automatic payment was pretty convenient so not only did neither of us have to go directly to the facility to pay the bill, I didn't even have to worry about paying it ahead of time.nnHonestly, if I needed storage again I'd look for a SecurCare facility. Despite the issues I had with it, I still liked it well enough.

When taking my belongings out of the unit I noticed my clothing was destroyed and my things were full of bugs, very disappointed and I used the facility for an entire year
