An employee went above and beyond and check for an ink cartridge I desperately needed. Definitely appreciated him taking the time to make sure I was taken care of.

Did a 1 hr order for a yard sign.. everything was fine until I showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Order at 3pm and 5pm was the pick up time. So not an hr but ok...now its 515pm and the sign is not done and the guy who is supposed to do them is on lunch... that's just poor or time mgmt and not caring that a customer has a time specified. Let's just hope we even get it today and it's decent I guess. If you need something done by what a business says the employees are the priority not the customer find you another place

Terrible experience all the way around. Had 3 associates ignore me clearly looking for help to purchase a desk. Finally got someone and acted as if I was a waste of his time. We asked about the credit card and he said “yeah we have one” and never offered for us to apply. So we did it online in store and got approved. Was told by the credit card company we were able to use it same day. Went to the manager to make the purchase and he made us feel like we messed something up instead of helping because the call center lied to us about being able to use it. Not a single employee or manager offered to help us. We had enough cash to make the $700 purchase at the time on us because we are from out of town, but this location 100% lost our business due to being lazy. Also when we talked about how we were calling the credit card company for THIS business the associate said to the manager “they aren’t going to get approved anyway” well good job to the young man and the manager. They are going to run this business into the ground by treating customers this way

This place is a no go for me. Management does not care about you the employees are on there phones and you will not get help when you need it. Please consider going elsewhere.

General Manager customer support is far from acceptable. After 5 phone call and 3 store visits all with messages for the GM to return my call, I still have not received a return call. I was sold software because I was told it will work with my computer. Long story and call to manufacture it would not work on my computers. Call the store and was told that they could not return even though I was within return period that was outlined on back of receipt. The assistant manager on duty informed me she had nothing that would work for me and had no way to return or give a store credit. BUYERS beware. You just lost a returning customer.
