I took the family here on Veterans day and asked if they participated in the Veterans day pick 2 promo. They did say no, however, they did give us quite a few free pastries for my time in the military. The manager was very nice and thanked me for being a veteran and the young lady that took my payment and handled our order in drive thru was polite and bubbly. We decided that if we eat out in Avon this is one of our new regular spots due to the customer service alone. The food was excellent and so were the deserts.

Why every time I go to this particular Panera I have some sort of issue with my order?nWe got an order for two to go, the cashier first forgot to put in my pastry. After we pointed it out she did include it but at home we realized we are missing yet another pastry that my husband chose. We honestly could not believe it but were too tired to go back...nAnother time they got me a half sandwich after I specifically asked for a full one 2 times and after correcting the mistake made my order dine-in even though I asked for a take-out.nSo I guess you can eat here, but my suggestion would be repeat your order 2 times loud and clear and ask the cashier to say it back to you and even after that double check before you leave to make sure you have everything you ordered in the bag.nnP.S: On the positive note - their food is good and pastries are pretty awesome!

I’m not usually a Panera eater but I was in the area and needed a quick meal. The drive thru attendants were exceptionally polite and helpful.

Very nice counter staff. They need a better honey. This one was from a company that had been charged with importing Chinese honey laced with cloramphenicol several years ago.

Absolutely amazing chipotle chicken avocado melt. And broccoli and cheese soup is extremely tasty!
