Customer service is not a Must or priority at The Avon location

They were out of donuts so we called Plainfield. Said donuts were going fast. Got there, they were out. decided to turn back to Avon. Finally we had found donuts. The lady was very nasty and annoyed. We ordered anyway, then last minute asked if we can add two more donuts at the window but were informed we cannot add anything at the window. We then received donuts that were incorrect to the order. Super annoying

This is the third time that I’ve been here and the girl taking my order was extremely rude and disrespectful. First, it’s 10 am and you don’t have any donuts...!?? Really? Second, she told me that she would only take my order if it was a small order, otherwise she was “too busy today “. Third, she didn’t even let me finish talking before interrupting me and snapping “what else” and “is that all?!” and trying to tell me to pull around before even letting me finish my order. Extremely rude!! Would definitely NOT recommend and I will never go back there. The donuts aren’t even very good when they can find the time to actually take your order and the specialty coffees are NEVER good! Disgusting And extremely unprofessional not to mention terrible customer service!! If I could give zero stars I would!

Placed a mobile order and when I got to the window the girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have not been to this location in over 8 months even though I live in Avon because the staff is rude, disrespectful, and screw up EVERYTHING. I go to Starbucks or drive to plainfield to the DD but thought I would give this location another try...bad idea! Again, the same story. The manager is okay but since she started this location has been horrible. Please save yourself some time and disappointment and go to a different location or just go to Starbucks!
