Waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. Maybe teach the little boys standing around how to slice a bagel. I had asked for it toasted as I wanted to warm the cheese on the premium cheese bagel I purchased. It wasn't toasted but still good. Dry though, that is the thinnest you can get cream cheese on a bagel for sure. I was terribly disappointed and won't return.
From my knowledge the only place you can get bagels this good is back east in the NY metro area. Great coffee too. Had a turkey sandwich for lunch here last time, it was BRILLIANT. If you haven't been here you're missing out.
Food and coffee was delicious as always and the staff were all so nice! Got lunch and mentioned we were in town for some friends who got married. The friends showed up a few minutes later to join us and when they brought our food they asked if they were the ones who just married and congratulated them, and then came back a few minutes later with a cute little congratulations gift box full of mini muffins for them!! It was all so sweet
Love Big Apple! It's a little chaotic during the weekend mornings but the wait is usually not bad. Staff is always friendly and its a great light lunch option!
A great place for a freshly made breakfast sandwich or lunch sandwich. Bagels made fresh every morning, along with fresh muffins, which is a favorite of my kids! The staff is friendly and helpful at this family owned business. The southern tradition breakfast sandwich is my personal favorite.
