Several rate increases in the same year. Multiple late payments for the same month. Paying double for same size as a new customer. Gate is broken or open most of the time. Electrical issues in the past preventing me from accessing my unit. Found mouse droppings and bedding in some of my stuff after move out. Office manager is very polite and does a good job but would not recommend based on other factors.

Easy access lots of vehicle space. Very clean. Brittany is very professional.

Don't bother trying to rent a temperature controlled unit here. They will only start your rental during office hours (reasonable) but do not adhere well to their posted hours (unreasonable). Then they will try to stick you with a different location and waste your time. Also, they're more expensive than direct competition.

Multiple price increases in one year from $164 to $204. Site is poorly maintained (keypad kiosk loose in ground, gate operates poorly, found spider crickets on my stuff while moving out, rolling doors operate poorly, asphalt doesn't meet storage pad so it's a pain if you use a dolly to load, etc...).

I really, REALLY hate to do this because I don't leave bad reviews, but I've had enough. I've been renting storage spaces here for over 10 years now. I have never been late on a payment. I have never had any trouble in relation to the property. The problem is the constant rate increases. This last increase was the last straw. They rent the units to you at a fair price. Initially. And then keep increasing your rate with no cap. I have been in this particular unit for a few years now. So here's what I learned. For a unit identical to the one I'm in, the new tenant next to me just moved in and started rent at $275. Guess what my rent is now. $360.nnYes, that's right. A new tenant gets exactly the same space and service as someone who has rented here for the entire time the current company has owned it but pays $85 less per month than a previously loyal customer. My rent just this month went from $325 to $360. That's the last increase, or dollar actually, that this company will ever get from me because this it's not how you treat loyal customers.nnI run a business. I know how reviews work. I give great reviews as you can see if you look at any other that I have given. I have always previously followed the old saying that if you don't have anything good to say then say nothing at all. This case is the exception. People need to know the tactics this company uses.nnAnd Bethany in the office there is just completely awesome. Just like with good tenants, they don't know what they have in her either I'm betting. I have personally watched her be nearly abused by upset tenants. She's got way more patience than they pay her to have. She's someone you don't want to lose.nnGet your heads on straight. Take care of those who take care of you. I've been around. I've seen companies come and go. There's a reason that the competition on the next corner is always full and building more units. There's also a reason why the local Facebook and nextdoor pages are full of complaints about your company. There are a lot of former tenants who have a lot to say. You should listen because your money making tactics are costing you money.nnFor the first time in over 10 years i won't have a rented space or gate code to this facility come next month. That's 10 years and just over $30,000 that I've spent there. And for that, here's another huge rate increase. No more. I'm done. Rent it to someone you don't know what kind of tenant they'll be for $85 less per month.nnI would have stayed at $325.
