They were a week late to my delivery, their driver arrived today and refused to take the item I ordered to the back door because of the gravel driveway but somehow the gravel driveway in front of the house wasn't a problem. Absolute laziness at its finest, get a better company for your deliveries.
Ceva logistics was professional and my stop for 5 skids getting in and out of the gate wasn't more than 20 minutes. Thank You
Avoid delivering over here, they say they work as appointment but they don't they work as fcfs, take forever to unload, my appointment was 9:00 In morning arrive here 8:45 and it's 1:45 PM still no door and when you go ask them how long it will take you get no answer.. bad place for delivery never coming back here again.. Google should have option for zero star thumbs down for ceva logistics
PRETTY MUCH ROUTINE MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE TO ENTER GATE OPEN SHARP AT 8AM (ET) LOATED ABOUT 30MIN AND ROLL
They're a little slow to unload you sometimes they get behind but it's not too awful bad usually try to have you out of there within an hour maybe two
