We purchased a phone back in July and returned within the time allowed . They took the phone and mailed it back. I kept the receipt to prove the return. The whole experience was a nightmare with an attitude of sorry about your luck! Such rudeness that I would recommend STAY AWAY!!! Leaving the store after getting a collection notice fir the phone I returned to them, the rude girl says- That’s just life! No effort to help or even an attitude of caring. They have the name T-Mobile over their store in Camby but they are a third party!! Plainfield’s manager was wonderful and says they could have helped me. I didn’t hours on the phone with the escalation prior and was told to go back to the camby store! ud83dude21 Young people working in there and the manager always gone. STAY STAY AWAY!!! Warning!!!!!
Customer service tonight with kris and Courtney was great. Kris was able to get my wife’s phone fixed just in time for us to go on vacation. The manager was great to thank you guys

We switched to T-Mobile today and the customer service couldn't have been any better. Liz was so helpful and she exceeded our expectations. They didn't have the phone in stock that my husband wanted and Kyla went to another location and picked the phone up so we didn't have make the drive. They went above and beyond. Thank you ladies so much.
Great service! Very informative and knowledgeable staff. Able to answer all of my questions. Friendly and efficient. I have had bad experiences with other mobile phone stores and went in with very low expectations. The staff at this location showed me I deserved better customer service and have now raised my expectations for any time I need to go into the store. You've raised the bar ladies. Thanks for an awesome experience.
