They told me over the phone that my diagnosis would be free. When I got there, they told me it would be $89 and said that it would take 3 to 5 business days to plug a few things in and let me know what's wrong. SCAM.
I am old and technically challenged, but the guys here are always so patient and explain issues in ways I can understand. I trust them completely and would not hesitate to recommend them.
