I had an extremely negative experience with this place of business. We started with a purchase of a phone last July. We decided to return the phone because of the bad communication on the bill we would receive. They present a promotion but after the phone is purchased and returned within the time frame they offer no help. They mailed the phone back and I had a receipt of return. The warehouse doesn't receive it for extended amount of time and then I am billed as if it wasn't returned. Going into the store they have an attitude of sorry about your luck it is out of our hands and offer no support or help. I spend a great amount of time jumping through hoops on the phone with the escalation dept and think the issue is resolved. Now I receive a collection notice that I still owe for the phone. I go back to the camby store with my receipt, but the attitude is poor and arrogant without a real effort to be helpful. The store always has young people working and they are never busy. Amazing how the manager seems to always be gone. I would beware and stay away from this franchise store. Plainfield is the place to go with a manager named Crystal who was wonderful and resolved the issue for me. The camby store is not representing T-Mobile /Sprint with integrity.

Service was great. Melody was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and helped me find a phone I really like.

I called in on two specific phones I'm interested in to see if in stock, whole call was them pushing me into what they say is better and more popular. I already have the Note10+, and an IPhone 11 ProMax...I know what I wanted and it wasn't an opinion from someone based on popularity. I've done my research and don't need told what to buy. I'll continue to just do my shopping online where I don't have to deal with pushy sales people.

The girl at Camby Sprint store was very rude.She should not be working with the public. She is loosing customers for Sprint.

I usually have great experiences with this store; however, I have had very poor experiences recently. This young lady that helped me today was beyond rude and condescending with no help. I had tried to upgrade my phone after my lease with no avail. After the poor treatment I have officially decided to switch to Verizon.
