I like the food in general but I seldom go here. My wife wanted to eat breakfast this morning so we went. My sandwich was just ok. My bagel was top notch though. I felt the person serving the food was a little bit rude. She acted like because the receipt didn't say sliced bagel it was my fault. I had to go back and get it because it wasn't served at first.

I just want to say I appreciate their customer service so much. I had ordered an online delivery and a seperate driver(they use 3rd party so door dash, grubhub, etc) stole some of our food. They went out of their way to make sure we got our correct order and the rest of our food, fresh and quickly. They always provide great service when we pick up. Cassidy took care of the issue and I can't thank her and her management team enough! Thank you all so much for your help and service. :)

Ordered delivery through the Panera website to the plainfield Panera. Only half of my order was delivered. Called the store to see if it could be refunded and was advised that they cannot refund because delivery goes through a 3rd part (grub hub, doordash, etc) even though I ordered directly on the Panera website and my bank statement says Panera. I asked the manager who delivered my order so I could call the delivery company and he said he had no idea who delivered it! My order has no information on it either, no name or anything. I was basically told tough luck unless I wanted to drive there and pick up my missing items... what's the point of having delivery if im going to have to pick up the order myself anyways.

Clean and set-up well for social distancing. The steak and cheddar sandwich seemed light on filling (which was otherwise delicious, just lost in the bread). The broccoli cheddar soup was wonderful, as always.
