Unfortunately, I have nothing but bad things to say about Valentine Hill Farm. We recently moved back to Indiana from the Northeast where we enjoyed supporting local producers through CSA's. we were happy to find Valentine Hill had a CSA and with several good reviews we signed up in early spring. As CSA season approached we were informed that, unfortunately, the season would have to be cancelled. Via email we were informed that we would receive a refund at the end of the season, if not sooner. At this point we are through the season and past the promised date of refund. We paid in full up front for a service that we never received without refund. In addition all of my communication attempts have been ignored by Valentine Hill. I have tried both email and phone call to contact them, but have heard nothing for a few months now. At this point I do not expect to hear from them or receive a refund. If I do I would be happy to update this review, but that seems unlikely given my experience so far. Please consider this if you decide to sign up for their CSA in the future.
