never gets my order right
I am a big fan of donuts. I also like coffee. If I ever decide that I want both donuts and coffee at the same time, I go here. I don't usually dunk my donuts in my coffee but I do like having the option. They should maybe call this place something else. Perhaps Donuts and Coffee. On average, I doubt many people Dunk their donuts. Dunkin doesn't really make sense. It is good. Like really good.
I order using the app and I own points when I do so. They are usually pretty quick which is always awesome.
I have been going there the past 2 years and whom ever you have to do inventory and repairs the past few months is doing a terrible job. I went on Friday said expresso machine was broken so went today same issue plus out of large cups, French vanilla, and other items. This has happened so many times. Where is your manager and owner? How can you be competitive with Starbucks when you run a business like this! There was somebody behind me that was upset too. I have been really patient, but after today I’m done. I will not be back!
I would give 0 stars if possible. I usually go to the Plainfield Dunkin and I have never had an issue. I got a French vanilla iced coffee with EXTRA vanilla. I got my drink and it didn’t have any vanilla in it. I was charged for extra so I asked for more vanilla. Raven was extremely rude and said she “was doing me a favor and not charging me” when she didn’t even make it correctly in the first place. I asked for two pumps and she said “one?” and only gave me one. My drink still wasn’t made correctly. Don’t go there, go to Avon or Plainfield.
