Jacks Donuts

The donuts and pastries are good quality. This location has 2 problems. #2 - the donuts are overpriced. The donuts cost about $14-15 for a dozen. And you don't even get a bakers dozen (13) which most donuts shops do. Krispy kreme and Dunkin donuts tried to sell a dozen donuts for $10 and their strategy failed. I will not pay that for a dozen and neither will most people.n#1 - the biggest problem is bad management and lack of business accumen. I only go there to buy apple fritters. Over 50% of the time I go there for that item they are sold out! It doesn't matter what time of day I go, I could go at 1 pm or 9-10 am and the result is the same. I went at 10:40 am today 10/4/2020 and the entire store was sold out of everything!! They had nothing left to sell!! And they had no intention of making more!! A restaurant with no food to sell!! Great idea! You can take that business model and open up countless other businesses with your genius!! A car dealership with no cars! An office supply store with no office supplies! A gas station with no gas! I have an idea for you - when you run out of something, make more of it!!! When sell out of something consistently, increase your production/supply the next time!!!! It's called supply and demand you morons!!! It's the basics of capitalism and economics!!! Well I'm tired of it and I will not patronize your establishment any more. You have lost me as a customer forever !!!!

Staff friendly & helpful very conveniently located which we love. My husband really likes their coffee options. The donuts are good & fresh. My husband likes The Old Fashioned & cream filled the best. I like the custard filled & Tiger tails the best. My adult son likes the custard filled, Tiger Tail & Fruity Pebbles topped donuts. To me the flavor is about the same as Duncan or Krispy Creme. I'm sorry, but no one comes close to the yeast donuts at Long's Donuts in Indianapolis.

Very clean very decent at exercising mask protocol the selection was awfully slim I realize it was 9 in the morning on a Sunday but one might think there would be more than three or four things to choose from at this point what we did get was delicious and I'm sure I'll be back

Would love to buy 3 dozens . But they change hours and seen waiting in the door . Act like i am Invisible so i guess Dunkin donuts ! I will go else from now on !!!!!! Guess they dont want or need my business ! Money dont grow on trees. Dunkin Donuts was open , n happy for my business !!!! I was there 10 mins until 6 . My work shift starts at 6:00 a.m. I will tell all my 200 coworkers that Jack's don't wanna open till 6:00 a.m. even if you're right outside the door there .

Gluten Free donuts! Yay! I can finally enjoy donuts again. Thank you for carrying them and for having other options besides chocolate.
