Flegel Moving & Storage

The three stars are ONLY for the moving crew except one guy, that I hired them for in April. If it was just based on the majority of the crew, it would be 5 stars, but there was that one guy and the office guy, Dylan. I give Dylan and the overly friendly, chatty mover 1 star based on lack of professionalism. Part I: My move in April was okay, but one of the guys was way too friendly and chatty, and kept trying to make conversation when he should have been moving my stuff. At one point, I asked my nephew to stay in the room with me because I was so uncomfortable with him. When the movers were done, this guy came into my house and into the kitchen while I was on a call and helped himself to the kitchen sink to wash his hands without asking or being given permission. They also didn't maintain 6' distancing, which was required at that time. Part II: When I called to move my things to my final destination a couple of weeks ago, Dylan wanted to make an appointment just to give me an estimate, which was completely different than what they had done in April. His attitude wasn't great, so I seriously questioned whether I had called the right company and told him that I was going to have to go with someone else and hung up. I researched my records and confirmed that I had called the right phone number and company. So I called back and left a voice mail, identifying myself as the person who said I was going with someone else but that they had done an okay job in April so wanted to go ahead and make an appointment for an estimate. He never called me back. If professionalism/customer service is important to you, I wouldn't recommend them based on the chatty crew member and Dylan's lack of response. Otherwise, they did an okay job moving.

Based on other reviews we contacted Flegel Moving and Storage to help us empty out our 2 moving PODS. It was the best decision we made.nThe 3 guys - James, Dale and Jordan made it very easy to move some rather heavy stuff down a long flight of stairs. They showed up on time both days that we needed them. Did not damage anything in the process. It was a delight to have this type of service. You will not go wrong hiring Flegel for your move.

This is the BEST moving company we have ever used! They show up on the time and they are so accommodating to individual needs. They take such care with your furnishings and your home, the one your leaving and the one your moving into. I can't say enough about their excellent service! You will love them! No need to shop around, this company is the best!!
