Why can I not call the phone number for this business? It only reroutes me to the national U-Haul corporate line. And then gives me 30 minute wait times. This is ridiculous. I just want to talk to someone at my local office in the building where my concerns are, here locally.

Very pleased with how above and beyond the employees went for my family and I. We had been running around with our heads cut off trying to last minute get a truck to go to WA. I have moved way to many times to count and have experienced endless U-Haul facilities. I'm sad I no longer live near this store because I would go back every time if I could. I believe Andrew (I think?) was the employee who spent quite some time before we got the keys for the truck to ensure it was super clean and in perfect shape before our trip. Thank you!!!!!

Subject:Andrew Weeks DCV USMCnGeneral Manager 700025nU-Haul Moving & Storage of the Umpqua ValleynnThis man right here is the most kindhearted,professional,problem solver I've ever had the pleasure meeting!!!nMy Ubox contract originated with Andrew, but somehow on the pick up end,(Torrance, Ca.) there was a huge snafu, disorganization plus the re- writing of my original contract 3 times? They even had it going to the wrong location.nBut Andrew straightened EVERYTHING out ,intercepted my Ubox,and had it waiting for me at his store.(The original destination)nThis was done so quickly,there was no delay in receiving my things.nHe's cheerful,hardworking, and again professional.nSure makes the moving experiences a lot more tolerable when you have someone like Andrew Weeks on your side.nI'd rent again and recommend this store anytime!! Friendly staff and clean place. Not keen on prices but I guess it is average. Never had a problem from this business nor this place. I have used this place several times and only once I was kind of treated a bit rudely and I think that was because a guy came in dissing on women and I was the only woman in the place. Very awkward. The employee apologized to me when we were outside of the building hooking up the trailer to my vehicle. I excepted the apology and suggested for him that the guy who was being a jerk should of been addressed instead of letting him make there place look bad.Other than that quick and easy.

Employees clearly under the influence of something. Unknowledgable about products in the store or prices of any items. If this place isn't a front for illegal activities id be surprised.
