The manger is the most lazy rude lady I have ever seen. Completely refused to look up the warranty information to warranty out a controller. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to the next store to get my controller replaced 3 weeks after I bought it. I will never go back to this location agin. The employees are 100% worthless.
It's a great gamestop. The customer service is on point when it comes to your gaming needs. Probably one of the best gamestop I've ever been to
Kid's love GameStop and so does Grandma. Employees are always sure to inform me of any content that may be unexceptable for my grandkids. They explain how to search age appropriate games, for me more than once. They're always friendly with greetings when you enter. Always offering to help find what you're looking for and the best deal. You can trade games, game boxes, etc or you can build up credit to use later. You can also cash out. It's a pretty cool place. Grandma appreciates the quick, friendly service and all the help on saving money and staying safe.

They keep giving broken xboxes for my warranty. This place will scam you worse than a telemarketer. And chuck that works there is rude and from how i have heard him talk likes 14 year old girls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID PLACE.
