I came into Verizon and my rep Jacob was very professional. He helped me upgrade my plan so I can use my smartphone. He helped me pay my bill and updated my phone. He also protected my screen with a screen protector. He told me about watches and tablets promotions. They are the best and always able to help with any issues I have. Would recommend others to come in.
Jacob was very helpful today in assisting me and my husband get new phones. He explained all the promos including the new iphone 12 launch on Verizon's 5G network. They are practicing social distancing and good cleaning protocols. I would recommend others to come in and get service like we had! Thank you Verizon! I got all my stuff transferred from one phone to another. Very seamless.
After dealing with online Verizon support, actually it should not be called support in any way, for 6 hours and getting more frustrated I went into this store , Corydon,Indiana, on recommendation from a friend. The store is everything online is not, competent, friendly, efficient, and gets it done correctly the first time.nnI am in the age group that is one most vulnerable for the corona virus so I have not shopped inside a store since March. I felt comfortable with the policies they had in place to prevent( slow down) the spread of the virus.nnThe representative Ethan seemed to genuinely care for his customers and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered my endless questions, put me at ease using a new device and sent me on my way in 20 minutes fully advised as to how to use my new device. In 1/3 of the time for my shortest hold with Verizon online.
Everything today was good. We were able to get my bill lowered by $25/month. I am trying to save money now I'm on a fixed income. Jacob took great care of me and I don't see how he could have done any better. They all have masks on, hand sanitizer and were cleaning desks in between customers. I Love Verizon and will continue to come back!
Jacob has been very helpful and patient in his dealings with me. He has helped me change my plan, keep my bill about the same with unlimited plan. They have kept the store clean even while being busy and they all had masks up. I love coming into the store because of their help.
