Very honest and hardworking company that cares about your success. There are SO many options to accommodate how it is each driver wants to run, between the no forced dispatch or self dispatch, the OTR or regional options. Matt and his team go above and beyond to make their drivers money and to make each driver comfortable. Everyone feels at home

The B3 team is very helpful and honest. You never empty without a preplan- no sitting unless it’s held at shippers/receivers. The lease purchase offering is one of the most fair programs in this industry. Matt started as my personal dispatcher and I’ve watched this company develop over the past year and a half. We’ve had our ups and downs with the markets- but one thing held true. When I needed something, these guys jumped and went out of their way to make it happen that minute. Even to the point of giving up money to help advance my business. If you have a problem with B3, it’s because you didn’t listen to their advice. They’re very knowledgeable on how to navigate the small business ownership and really invest in the succession of your own business. If you can’t listen and reason with an open mind, you will fail. I don’t care who you drive with. Discuss with Matt and he will help design a personalized succession plan as well as determine your operating costs. Know your numbers or go broke trying be a business

Working with B3 is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my 15yr career. I just told nick that I wish he was setting up my loads years ago because I would’ve made way more money. I get home when I want too. And best of all I’m making money in a industry that we all know is in decline. I’m highly satisfied. Can’t wait to see what’s next and the new things coming our way!

Don’t fall for the nice guy routine. Matt is just a wolf in sheep’s clothing. No forced dispatch is a lie. I refused a load and I was immediately public enemy #1. You can choose your own loads don’t fall for it. It’s all a lie. Between him and Meadowlark Transportation it won’t take you no time to be in the poor house. Don’t waste your time because it’s not worth it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
