Terrible experience. Went in to upgrade to a new phone. Took way too long and it was nothing but trying to dodge scam products and upselling I didn't want. Far too many hidden charges and sleazy sales tactics. Couldn't get a straight answer on anything. Finally left without buying. AVOID!!
