This store opens at 10. I have been attempting to call for the past 20 minutes and no one will answer. Also extremely unprofessional behavior from the representative here. Unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Find another TMobile location 35 miles away before you go here.

Tristan and his team were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this store to anyone that’s thinking about joining T-Mobile. Much better than the old guys that were here!

I used to be The store manager at this store and we were running it amazing focused really hard on customer service and right fitting customers then the company changed and wanted us to start being sketchy with customers and just focus on getting as much as we can on a customers account even if they do not need it or want it. So they fired me because I wouldn't be a sketchy salesperson and I am the face of this store so I ran it with respect and care... I just feel bad for all the customers that go in and get screwed.

Just drove 20 miles to upgrade phones. Checked before I left on operating hours. Got here hand written paper sign says closed.
