Just visited Roseburg Staples where I needed to print out a 10 pg report for a meeting tomorrow morning. Jaxx (? unsure of name) in the photocopy area gave me the most professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly/courteous/helpful service I have ever received in an office supply store! She took the 'mystery' out of the copy machine in navigating around a front page in full color, payment, and printing. Had it not been for her, I would have found this an extremely frustrating and time intrusive experience! Thank you for being an angel for me this afternoon! Your excellent assistance is very much appreciated by me!

We were totally satisfied with Caleb's customer service. He had several customers and very polite and friendly with everyone. Even had phone customers to deal with. It is a pleasure to deal with people like that, especially when you've tried to deal with other conglomerates. He totally deserves employee of the day!
