Metro by T-Mobile

My 80 year old father went into the store looking for someone to help him understand a few things on his new phone. He said the gal that was in the store was rude to him and didn't want to help him because someone was waiting for them outside. You are there to do a job and that is to help people with their phones. Especially an elder person looking for help. The person waiting outside could wait until you were done helping. My father left the store upset and discouraged. Is this how you treat people now.

Today I was in real trouble as my phone was entirely unable to be used! I needed help in a big way. All the buttons would highlight with instructions and voice recognition to say what they were. I had no idea how to turn this off and the phone would not function. Beatrice at Metro by T mobile in Roseburg, OR for whom I prayed was given wisdom and she turned to speaking the commands into the phone. This brought up settings and she deactivated the automated voice control. She showed me where never to click again to avoid this. Topped up my credit and did it all with a smile and at no charge! Incredible service. Really proved to be a blessing! God answers prayer! Pastor David

The customer service is horrible! Yesturday around 4pm they messed up when I was able to upgrade my phone. After waiting in line for an hour patiently letting other people go first the lady says I have to call customer service. So I call customer service and they say they can only fix this problem from the store? So are the employees uninformed or lazy? Was it close to closing time so they wanted me out of there before closing time? Now I'm stuck out of town while my wife waits for a phone call back that hasn't happened yet.... Stick with whatever service you have or go to straight talk!

Friday I bought a new cell phone in the Metro store, but it turned out to be broken because SMS did not work. I brought the phone back, but the sellers said that I could not return the broken phone and buy another one. I have been without SMS service for 4 days. They made me wait for the same one, but they sent me a used cell phone. The phone was not working again. The seller ordered another, again used, phone. I paid for a new one.nToday I came to receive a phone under warranty, should have been yesterday, and they told me that the manager checked my phone and found it defective. I didn't even bring my cell phone to the store, but left it in the car. They gave me a scratched, non-working phone and now they lie right in my eyes. I was left without a phone at all.

Went in and Beatriz and Maria were super nice help me out with my phone settings
